Berry Avocado Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
This salad is loaded with all sorts of healthy goodnessāromaine lettuce, spinach, avocados, and berries galore. The dressing is made using olive oil, balsamic vinegar, only 2 teaspoons of sugar (you can add less), and salt and pepper to taste! Oh, and we must not forget that this bowl of goodness is topped with fetta cheese.

Berry Avocado Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Salad
- 8 cups raw spinach (loosely packed)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1-2 avocados (seeded, peeled and sliced)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 10 fresh strawberries (sliced in half)
- Ā¼ – Ā½ cups raspberries
- Ā¼ to Ā½ cup blackberries
- Ā¼ to Ā½ cup feta cheese
Instructions
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- First, combine the oil, vinegar, and sugar and mix them together.
- Salt and pepper to taste, and set aside for later.
Berry Salad
- Cut fruits and veggies.
- Arrange fruits and veggies in a large bowl.
- Lightly toss, add Ā½ of the salad dressing, and toss again.
- Add the rest of the salad dressing, toss again, and serve. Enjoy!
