If you are a fan of cornbread and green chili, you are going to love these Hatch Green Chili Cornbread Muffins! They can be paired with whatever you like. I always like to pair them with one of my favorite crockpot recipes.
Hatch Green Chili Cornbread Muffins
Before I get started on the ingredients, I just wanted to let you know that you are welcome to skip down to the printable recipe card for the full recipe ingredients and instructions.
You seriously only need three ingredients to make these Hatch Green Chili Cornbread Muffins. You’ll need one package of Marth White Cornbread Mix, milk, and Hatch Green Chili! Not bad for some tasty green chili cornbread muffins.
Before you get started you’ll want to prehead your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. You can spray the liners with non-stick spray if you’d like.
Next combine the cornbread mix and milk as directed on the back of the cornbread mix packaging.
Dice green chili into small peices and combine with cornbread mix.
Fill each cupcake liner about 3/4 of the way full and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick is done in the center.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and enjoy with your favorite dish.
Hatch Green Chili Cornbread Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 package Marth White® Cornbread mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1-2 cups green chili (more or less depending on your taste buds)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cupcake pan with cupcake liners. (you can spray cupcake liners with non-stick spray if you'd like)
- Combine milk and cornbread mix as directed on the back of Martha White® cornbread mix.
- Cut green chili and add it to your cornbread mixture.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick done and golden brown.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
