Homemade Chicken Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

In a saucepan over medium heat and cook chicken with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the broccoli according to directions
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat add cream of mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, and milk. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture thickens up a bit. It should be creamy.
Combine the broccoli and chicken. Add 1/2 of the cheese to the broccoli and chicken and mix.
Add the mixture to a baking pan, and pour the remaining cheese over the top of the dish.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown on top.

- 2 bags frozen broccoli florets (12 ounce bag)
