It’s spring, which means it’s time to start thinking about things such as honey pecan coffee popsicles! Yes, you can without a doubt turn your coffee into a nice, cool summer treat! They are seriously delicious, too!

Honey Pecan Coffee Popsicles

These Honey Pecan Coffee Popsicles are made using coffee (the stronger the better), coffee creamer, coconut, chocolate milk, and some fun bee sprinkles. And if you are a fellow coffee lover, I’ll be 100% honest with you. You can make these with just straight black coffee and your favorite creamer, and they would still be delicious. Oh, and we can’t forget you’ll need popsicle molds, which you can find on Amazon here.

The coffee popsicles are super easy to make; they just take a little bit because you have to allow them to freeze. You can find the printable recipe card with detailed ingredients and instructions at the end of this post. Please feel free to skip to the end of the post if you’d like.

Honey Pecan Coffee Popsicles

First, you’ll fill the popsicle mold about 1/4 of the way full with your favorite creamer (I used Coffee-mate® Natural Bliss®Honey Pecan Creamer) and place it in the freezer for about an hour or until frozen.

After you place the creamer in the freezer, go ahead and make your coffee. The cooler it is, the better.

Remove the frozen creamer from the freezer and top it off with coffee.

Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until frozen.

Remove from the freezer, drizzle a little chocolate, add coconut, or add some fun bee sprinles.
