I’ve been experimenting with the keto diet, making sure it’s something I’m going to be able to do while still feeding my family without placing them on a diet as well. So far I’ve come up with a few recipes I enjoy, and these keto friendly stuffed mushrooms are pretty darn amazing in my opinion.
My daughter isn’t a fan of mushrooms so I decided to make something she can still enjoy and wrapped up in a burrito rather than stuffed in a mushroom this is defiantly something she can enjoy too. So it’s a win-win situation for my household.

Keto Friendly Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1/2 onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 green onion
- seasonings
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 12 mushrooms
Instructions
- Dice onions, jalapenos, bell peppers and green onions into small pieces
- Place hamburger meat and small onions in a pan and cook over a medium heat until cooked completely and season to your liking.
- Pick the stems off mushrooms and place them on baking sheet.
- fill each mushroom with hamburger meat and top with cheese.
- Cook at 350 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted.the cheese
- Enjoy.
