Ingredients
- 4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2 cups natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chia seed
Instructions
- Combine all your ingredients in your blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until everything is blended well.
- Ā It will have a sticky consistency,Ā test a small piece and see if it sticks together. Ā If not add two more tablespoons of honey, mix and try again.
- Place in a pan and smash down. Ā I like to use a cookie sheet with the small edges and roll them out with a rolling pin which helps them to stay together better.
- Cut into bars and enjoy.
