Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed

Instructions
 

  • Combine all your ingredients in your blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until everything is blended well.
  • Ā It will have a sticky consistency,Ā test a small piece and see if it sticks together. Ā If not add two more tablespoons of honey, mix and try again.
  • Place in a pan and smash down. Ā I like to use a cookie sheet with the small edges and roll them out with a rolling pin which helps them to stay together better.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy.
