No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bars with Chia Seed
Ingredients:
- Quick Oats
- Cranberries
- Natural peanut butter
- Honey
- Vanilla extract
- Flaxseed
- Chia seed
Directions:
Combine all your ingredients in your blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until everything is blended well.
It will have a sticky consistency; test a small piece and see if it sticks together. If not,, add two more tablespoons of honey, mix, and try again.
Place in a pan and smash down. I like to use a cookie sheet with the small edges and roll them out with a rolling pin, which helps them to stay together better.
Cut into bars and enjoy.
