These Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps are simple and only take about 30 minutes. Replacing the taco shell with a healthy piece of lettuce makes things a little healthier and they are delicious.😋

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1 package Taco Bell taco seasoning
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Romaine Lettuce
Get Recipe Ingredients
Start out by dicing one jalapeno and about 1/4 cup of onion.
In a large frying pan, combine the ground beef, diced onion, and jalapeno and brown hamburger meat over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
Once the hamburger meat is browned, drain the grease. In the same frying pan, combine hamburger meat, 1 package Taco Bell taco seasoning, and about 1 1/2 cups of water.
Allow to simmer over medium heat until all the water is boiled out and remove from heat.
Place cooked hamburger meat on a piece of lettuce, add cheese, sour cream, and any additional toppings you like.
