These Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps are simple and only take about 30 minutes. Replacing the taco shell with a healthy piece of lettuce makes things a little healthier and they are delicious.😋

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1 package Taco Bell taco seasoning
  • Cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Romaine Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Start out by dicing one jalapeno and about 1/4 cup of onion.
  • In a large frying pan, combine the ground beef, diced onion, and jalapeno and brown hamburger meat over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  • Once the hamburger meat is browned, drain the grease. In the same frying pan, combine hamburger meat, 1 package Taco Bell taco seasoning, and about 1 1/2 cups of water.
  • Allow to simmer over medium heat until all the water is boiled out and remove from heat.
  • Place cooked hamburger meat on a piece of lettuce, add cheese, sour cream, and any additional toppings you like.
