- 2 cups Mixed Berries frozen, but fresh is okay too
- 1 tube Chobani Kids Greek Yogurt frozen
- 10-15 pieces of ice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop your favorite protein powder I use strawberry flavor and don't typically add this to my children's smoothies.
- 1/2 tablespoon honey more if needed
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seed
- 2 tablespoons coconut
