- 8 ounces Suasage
- 3/4 can Tomato Sauce
- Italian Seasoning
- 12 Pepperoni's
- 6 Mushrooms (sliced)
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/4 small White Onion (diced)
- 1/4 Bell Pepper (diced)
- 2 Green Onion (diced)
- 1-2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the sausage over medium heat until completely cooked.
Slice and dice veggies
Combine 1/2 of the veggies with sausage.
Add tomato sauce to liking and season with Italian seasoning and mix.
Add a thin layer of mozzarella cheese
Layer on pepperoni and veggies and top off with a little mozzarella cheese.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, remove, and enjoy.
