No Bake Peanut Butter Balls with Chia Seed

These No Bake Peanut Butter Balls with Chia Seed are a great grab and go breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chia seed
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl or blender (I prefer to use the blender).
  • Blend until everything is combined.
  • Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  • If for some reason, the balls don’t want to stick together or are too sticky, add a little extra honey, peanut butter, popcorn or oats to make it the right consistency.
