These No Bake Peanut Butter Balls with Chia Seed are a great grab and go breakfast or snack.

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chia seed
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl or blender (I prefer to use the blender).
Blend until everything is combined.
Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
If for some reason, the balls don’t want to stick together or are too sticky, add a little extra honey, peanut butter, popcorn or oats to make it the right consistency.
