This Parmesan Squash recipe is super simple, very delicious, and a fairly healthy snack or side dish. All you need is 2 ingredients & 30 min.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Squash

Instructions
 

  • Prepare baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Slice the squash into about 1/2-inch slices.
  • Lay squash on your baking dish and generously cover with Parmesan cheese.
  • Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the squash is fully cooked. The squash should be soft around the edges.
