7UP Raisin Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 - 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup 7UP
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 2 Sticks of butter softened
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons Milk

Instructions
 

  • Start out by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and preparing a baking pan with nonstick spray. Set the pan aside for later.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, 7Up, sour cream, and raisins. Mix until fully combined and is a dough-like consistency.
  • Combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon, mix together, and set aside for later.
  • Spread flour out on the countertop or a flat surface and roll the dough into a rectangle formation.
  • Once the dough is rolled out, spread the softened butter and sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Next take the widest side of the dough and roll in a log formation.
  • Once the dough is rolled up cut the log into slices. (thickness if your choice)
  • Place rolls into your prepared pan and toss in the oven for about 12 minutes or until done.
  • Combine cream cheese, powder sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
  • Spread cream cheese glaze on the top of the cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
