Creamy Green Chili Corn
This creamy green chili corn is a delicious side dish that's been enjoyed at my family gatherings for years.
Ingredients
- 12 ounce bag frozen corn
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup hot green chili (adjust the heat settings to your taste buds)
- 1 green onion (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan combine corn, green chili, and cream cheese. If you use frozen green chili, you’ll want to be sure and add the juice as well.
- If you use fresh green chili, add milk a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. If you use frozen green chilies, add some of the juice a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.
- Cook on medium low until creamy.
- Garnish with green onion, and serve.
