Green Chili Relleno Casserole Recipe

If you like Chili Relleno's then you should give this green chili relleno casserole a try. Customize it to your liking, it's delicious.

- 1 pound ground beef turkey, or chicken. It’s all good, lol.
- 1 white onion chopped
- 20 ounces of Hatch green chili (you can used canned if you don't have access to Hatch Green Chili)
- 1 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup DairyPure Milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare your 9 x 13” pan with cooking spray and set aside for later.
Dice onion and cook it with hamburger meat, salt, and pepper as well as any other seasonings you’d like to add.
Cover the bottom of the pan with whole green chilies.
Next add meat, cheese, and lay any leftover green chilies on the top of the cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk baking powder, and flour together until mixed completely.
Pour the egg mixture in the pan with green chili, meat and cheese and place in the oven to bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool a bit and enjoy! It’s yummy warm, with melted cheese!
