Hatch Green Chili Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Marth White® Cornbread mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1-2 cups green chili (more or less depending on your taste buds)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare cupcake pan with cupcake liners. (you can spray cupcake liners with non-stick spray if you'd like)
  • Combine milk and cornbread mix as directed on the back of Martha White® cornbread mix.
  • Cut green chili and add it to your cornbread mixture.
  • Fill each cupcake liner about 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick done and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
