Mashed Potato French Fries

If you love French fries, you should give these mashed potato French fries a try.

- 4 potatoes
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4-1/2 shredded cheese
- seasonings I used Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic salt you can use whatever you like.

Boil potatoes until they are soft, and be sure to add a little salt to the water while they boil.
Drain the water and mash potatoes, add butter, cheese and seasoning and mash until mixed completely.
Add corn starch, continue to mash until completely mixed.
Place potatoes in a piping bag, cut a hole in the tip, and make strands.
Place the strands of mashed potatoes in hot grease and cook until golden brown. You may want to roll the potato strips on to a spatula and then place them in grease, which seems to work best for me.
