No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bars with Chia Seed

This no-bake peanut butter energy bars with chia seed recipe is a great way to start your day, especially if you have busy mornings and need that grab-and-go breakfast.

- 4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup cranberries
- 2 cups natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chia seed
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine all your ingredients in your blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until everything is blended well.
It will have a sticky consistency, test a small piece and see if it sticks together. If not add two more tablespoons of honey, mix and try again.
Place in a pan and smash down. I like to use a cookie sheet with the small edges and roll them out with a rolling pin which helps them to stay together better.
Cut into bars and enjoy.
