Ingredients
  

  • 2 portions Seasoned Sirloin Beef Philly Steak (I used Great Value brand)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 white onion (diced)
  • 5-6 mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 6-8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook Seasoned Sirloin Beef Philly Steak according to directions. Salt and pepper to taste. Once done remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic and butter to the pan and melt the butter.
  • Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions and sauté until the veggies are soft.
  • Add beef broth and cream cheese and cook on low until combined. Add two slices of cheese into the sauce and continue to cook on low until cheese is melted.
  • Add sirloin beef and allow it to simmer for about 5 mins on low.
  • Remove from heat, cover with sliced of provolone cheese, and bake for 7-10 mins or until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
