- 2 portions Seasoned Sirloin Beef Philly Steak (I used Great Value brand)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/3 white onion (diced)
- 5-6 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 6-8 slices provolone cheese
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cook Seasoned Sirloin Beef Philly Steak according to directions. Salt and pepper to taste. Once done remove from the pan and set aside.
Add minced garlic and butter to the pan and melt the butter.
Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions and sauté until the veggies are soft.
Add beef broth and cream cheese and cook on low until combined. Add two slices of cheese into the sauce and continue to cook on low until cheese is melted.
Add sirloin beef and allow it to simmer for about 5 mins on low.
Remove from heat, cover with sliced of provolone cheese, and bake for 7-10 mins or until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
