Cream Cheese Rice Cakes with Goldfish Crackers
Of course, you’ll want to show your child how to create the Goldfish rice cakes!  It’s an excellent lunch because all you’ll need to do is pack it and add a little blue food coloring to the cream cheese, and they can build it at lunch. Â
Ingredients:
Mini Rice Cakes (whatever flavor make your taste buds do the happy dance and will go with cream cheese and Goldfish)
Cream Cheese
Blue food coloring
Goldfish Crackers
Directions:
Making them is easy; just spread the cream cheese over the top of the rice cake and add a Goldfish cracker!
