Healthy Santa Fe Tilapia Lettuce Wrap

Lay lettuce on a plate, and add tilapia mixture, avocado, tomato, and cilantro to the center. Leave enough room to roll it shut and place a slice of lemon on top to hold the two ends of the lettuce together. You can also use a toothpick, but the lemon gives it a good flavor and saves on a toothpick.

Enjoy!
