Alaska King Crap Spinach and Broccoli Alfredo

This Alaska King Crap Spinach and Broccoli Alfredo recipe is perfect for all my fellow seafood lovers out there. And, to make things even cooler, it’s ready in as little as 30 minutes. Seriously, a hearty pasta dish that you can have done in less than 30 minutes is great.

Huge thanks to our friends at Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute for sponsoring this post years ago on Jenns Blah Blah Blog. When I was making this recipe, I always thought you had to leave seafood out in the fridge overnight to defrost. Making it something one had to plan for. Needless to say, I was thrilled to learn that it can go from frozen to cooked. Yes, just skep defrosting all together and toss the crab legs in the oven.

This was a super easy meal to make. It’s perfect for a weekday meal when you are running short on time. Plus, it’s delicious.

This was a super easy meal to make; I didn’t have to thaw anything.  Just cooked the crab frozen, while the crab was cooking the noodles were going, and about the time the crab was done it was time to start putting everything together.  It doesn’t get better than that!
