- 1 Container MinuteĀ® Ready to Serve Rice
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced small)
- 1/2 tomato (diced small)
- 1/2 white onion (diced small)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder,
- Salt and pepper to taste
Let’s create this super quick and easy Spanish rice recipe:
Before microwaving the rice bowls, mix in the veggies and the seasoning
Heat on high for 60 seconds.
Let cool before handling, stirring, and serving
