The fruity blueberry strawberry protein smoothie I made tastes great, especially if you love fruity flavors.  The best part about a fruity protein smoothie is that it’s super versatile.  You can use any water, fruits, etc. that you prefer.  I tend to like coconut water because of the flavor, but you can use whatever type of water you prefer.  I’m a huge strawberry fan, but you could use peaches, bananas, or any other type of frozen fruit. That’s what I love about fruit-protein smoothies.  With the right product, like GNC PUREDGETM Complete Vegan Protein, it’s easy to make something that’s amazingly yummy, satisfying anytime of the day, and nutritious.

I prefer a cold and fruity protein smoothie.  For me, it’s more filling and satisfying, even if it’s only ice cubes that make the difference.  There’s nothing like a nice, cold, fruity protein smoothie after a workout.  It not only tastes great, but it also helps me feel better for the remainder of the day.  Not to mention the fact that it’s super easy for a busy mom like me, and it’s a great way to make sure I’m getting the protein my body needs to keep up with my family and make sure they’re happy and healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops protein powder I used GNC PUREDGE™ Complete Vegan Protein
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries and Blueberries
  • 5-10 Almonds
  • 1/3 cup
  • 1/4 cup Goji Berries
  • 1/2 – 1 cup coconut water great with regular water too
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • 10 ice cubes
  • Combine protein powder, frozen berries, Goji Berries, and water in blender and mix until smooth. If needed, add more water slowly to get the consistency you like.
  • Add the ice cubes and pulse until mixed.
  • Enjoy the cold.
