I love movie nights with the girls! I always try to make something fun and special for our movie nights, and with school fixing to start up again soon I wanted to be sure we fit in one more movie night. For our movie night, I made something extra special, Chocolate Dipped FatBoys Mini’s Ice Cream Sandwiches with Sprinkles! OMG, is that something parents and children can agree on? In our house it sure is.

We all love the “old school” stuff right! I know I sure do I love sharing all the “old school cool” stuff with my kids, like FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches! It’s like sharing a part of my childhood with my kids, the way my parents did with me. Fat Boy Ice Cream Sandwiches are awesome, and did you know they go back to 1925! They truly put other ice cream sandwiches to shame with their ginormous serving size, they earned the name FatBoy for sure!
Needless to say, my girls LOVED the FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches by themselves as well as the Chocolate Dipped FatBoys Mini’s Ice Cream Sandwiches with Sprinkles I made for our movie night. They had a whole lot of fun snapping some pics too! They were each trying to sneak a bite of the others FatBoy lol..
Vayda tried hard, but never was able to get a bite of Mattie’s FabBoy.
Mattie however, managed to sneak a bite of her sisters FatBoy when she wasn’t paying attention. Who would have thought, the younger sister would win this round lol.
FatBoys are perfect for just about any snacking occasion but my favorite is movie night with the kids! Oh, come on, we all deserve to indulge in a little bit of our childhood from time to time and introduce our children to a part of our history! PLUS, fat boys are awesome! While FatBoys are delicious on their own you can still have fun with their classic ice cream sandwich.

Ingredients
- FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches I used mini FatBoys for this
- Dark Chocolate Dipping Chocolate
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate dipping chocolates.
- Dip a corner of a FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwich into the melted dark chocolate
- Dip the sandwich into sprinkles or sprinkle them on the dark chocolate before it hardens.
- Place on wax paper and put in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy your FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches Dipped in Dark Chocolate with Sprinkles.
