I am so excited to share this homemade low-carb cheese chips recipe with you. Yeah, I’m thinking about jumping on the keto diet train, especially after learning how much you can eat if you decide to get creative. There are so many keto-friendly recipes out there!

I know the keto diet doesn’t sound fun, and it probably isn’t, but I’ve done my fair share of research, and I think it’s going to be a great diet. Well, in my opinion, it’s still a diet. If you are not fully committed, it’s not going to work. So rather than setting myself up for failure and eating broccoli and lettuce, I’ve done my homework, and my friend actually created this tasty recipe.

The keto diet is super popular, so there are all sorts of great recipes out there that are keto-friendly. SCORE for us right and here is one of my personal favorites for keto cheese chips! Hey, I need my carbs, even if it means tricking myself into thinking it’s getting chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 C shredded Parmesan
  • Cookie Sheet
  • parchment paper
  • Ice cream scoop

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP everything bagel seasonings.
  • Mix well.
  • Using the ice cream scoop measure out each chip.
  • Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
  • (Or until brown / crispy.)
  • Make sure not to burn.
  • Top off with 1 TBSP Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip
  • Makes 24 chips
  • Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
