I’ll be honest, I like my coffee strong, and if I can find a great excuse to treat myself and misuse caramel, I am all in. I don’t do it often, but when I do, I enjoy extra, extra caramel. If you have not tried making caramel in the crockpot, I highly suggest giving it a try. You will only need one ingredient and your crockpot, sweetened condensed milk.
Turtle Iced Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
- Bizzy Cold Brew coffee
- Coffee Ice Cubes
- Half & half
- Chocolate syrup
- Caramel syrup
- Whipped topping
- Pecans (I used almonds because I wasn’t able to find pecans)
Directions:
Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and allow it to freeze. I used one bottle of Bizzy Cold Brew coffee for this but you can add more or less.
Now you will place ice cubes into the glass.
Looking for extra sweetness. You can squeeze a little chocolate and caramel on the sides of the glass if you would like.
Next, add coffee and half and half. You’ll add about one part coffee and two parts half and half.
Add whipped topping, drizzle chocolate and caramel, and top with pecans. drizzle.
Enjoy, and remember to taste things along the way to be sure it fits your taste buds needs along the way. You could also toss the coffee ice cubes in the blender and go for a turtle flavored frappe. YUMMY!
