For the Pretzel Crust
- 4 cups pretzels
- 3 to 4 teaspoons melted butter
Caramel Brownies
- 1 ½ sticks of butter (3/4 cups)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 ½ cups Hershey’s Simply 5 Syrup
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup caramel syrup or melted caramels

For the Pretzel Crust
- Put 3 to 4 cups of pretzels into a baggie. Use a rolling pin to roll over the bag of pretzels until they are broken into small pieces.
- Pour them into the bottom of and 8×8 baking pan and add butter.
- Add the Hershey’s Simply 5 Syrup, vanilla, eggs, and salt to creamed mixture and mix completely.
- Add flour and beat until mixture is mixed thoroughly.
- Pour into brownie pan on top of the crust.
- Drizzle the caramel syrup on the top of the brownies. You can use a knife to mix gently into the top of the brownies.
- Sprinkle a few of the broken pretzels on the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick done and allow to cool on wire rack.
